Pro Rides & Passenger Passes
Want to ride passenger in a drift car at one of our events? Here’s how you can get on track! Whether you’re jumping in with a friend or taking a Pro Ride, all passengers must be at least 14 years old and wear long sleeves, long pants, and enclosed shoes. Passengers under 18 will need a guardian present to sign a waiver.
Pro Rides
Strap in for some adrenaline-filled laps in the passenger seat of one of our Pro Drivers. We’ll supply the helmet — you bring the nerves.
Pro Rides run 4 times a year during our competition rounds. Tickets can be purchased online at driftingsa.com.au/tickets from 1 month prior to each event. You can also purchase them on the day at the Sign On Booth.

Saturday 7 March & Sunday 8 March – The Bend
Sunday 17 May – The Bend
Sunday 23 August – Mallala
Sunday 11 October – The Bend
‘Drift Taxi Rides’ may also be run at Winterfest and Locktoberfest events but cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
Passenger Passes
Want to ride along with a friend or family member at one of our events? Grab a Passenger Pass and join the action from the inside!
What you need to know:
– The car must have all required safety equipment.
– You’ll need to bring your own helmet (open face is fine — must meet AUS/NZ/European/Snell standards, no skull caps).
– Long sleeves, long pants, and enclosed shoes are mandatory.
Passenger Passes are available at all our events but can only be purchased on the day at the Sign On Booth. Prices vary by event length – from $25 to $50 per day.
